Discovered this hidden gem in an industrial area by chance! Inner city vibe, beautiful outdoor garden seating, loved the jazz music, coffee & brekky (crispy bacon, runny eggs, fresh avo.)I'll be back!
This is second time I came to this lovely cosy little gem after dropping my car for service.Lovely people and delicious foodJust simple but done well. Also love the Greek music and atmosphereEven I'm not Greek but love it .
A fantastic family cafe in the heart of Buffalo Road. Many great meals but one of my favourites in cooler weather is the Warm Chicken Salad. Tender Chicken Pieces with Fried Haloumi, Sun Dried Tomato, Baby Spinach Leaves and a rich Balsamic Dressing. Wholesome and not too filling. It leaves enough room to take home the best Mpougatsa to be found. Dimi, Dimi, Sarah and Deborah always welcoming.Fortunate that Ergon 1 was open Good Friday. Greek Orthodox Easter is the following week. A good opportunity to have Greek Yoghurt Granola and a hot pot of Earl Grey Leaf Tea.Easter Saturday lunch of Cheeseburger Combo. The biggest and best value around.Friday lunch of Pulled Pork Burger Combo. Amazing House-Made slow cooked Pork Shoulder, Fennel Slaw with House-Made Onion Marmalade and Sriracha Mayo Sauce. This Burger is a must try for anyone liking a little spice and a little heat. Don't expect to look pretty, and immaculate of face and hands after this adventure into slow-cooked pork heaven.Ergon 1 is also a favourite lunchtime venue for internationally acclaimed and highly awarded author Terry Dowling. Terry can be found catching up with his author, artist and musicianfriends.
Absolutely love this place, one of the best coffee in the area. Also, their burgers and club sandwich is amazing! Friendly staffs too …

Such an underrated cafe. Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet, the BEST burgers in Gladesville, breakfast options and homemade cakes. Oh and the coffee is to die for. So smooth and perfectly made every time.
